What is nite wing?

Nightwing is a superhero character in the DC Comics universe. Originally appearing as the first Robin in Batman comics, Nightwing is the alter ego of Dick Grayson, who becomes Batman's protégé after his parents are murdered and he is taken in by Bruce Wayne (Batman). Later, Grayson assumes the identity of Nightwing and strikes out on his own to become a protector of the city of Bludhaven. Nightwing is known for his acrobatic skills, mastery of hand-to-hand combat, and use of various gadgets and weaponry, including his signature Escrima sticks. He has also been a member of several superhero teams, including the Teen Titans and the Justice League.
